By accessing or using this website and booking a session, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services provided

Shawna Lee Taylor, LLC, provides private coaching and educational sessions related to sexual health, behavioral patterns, and related topics. These services are educational and coaching in nature.

2. Not medical or mental health treatment

Shawna is a board-certified sexologist and behavioral coach. She is not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, or mental health counselor. Nothing provided through this service constitutes medical diagnosis, medical treatment, a prescription, therapy, or mental health treatment of any kind. If you have or suspect a medical or mental health condition, consult a licensed professional.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Sessions are educational and coaching-based. No specific outcome, result, or improvement is guaranteed.

4. Payment and cancellation

All sessions must be paid in full prior to scheduling. All sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session, or no-shows, are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

5. Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions is kept private, consistent with the Privacy Policy below, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, credible threat of harm to yourself or others, or as otherwise required by applicable law).

6. Limitation of liability

Shawna Lee Taylor, LLC and Shawna are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Emergency situations

This service is not equipped to handle medical or mental health emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state or Oregon.
